Bluwage founder  Manish Sharma has  experience of co-founder with Pingarooo, A Ludhiana based e-commerece  startup. Manish has completed his Crisis Management, his first Executive Course from World’s top  Entreprenurial college according forbes Babson College USA, He is also enroll for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Rebuild program of Stanford Graduate School of Business USA, He accelerated and enrolled at IIM Udaipur for Launch n Zoom Program IIMU Incubation Centre, as well as IIM Banglore for Launchpad Program, B.tech from PTU Punjab, Incubatee- IIM Udaipur Incubation Center. As a founder & CEO for his first startup "Pingarooo" where he developed and be specialties in Leadership, Startups, Business, Turn-Around, Marketing, Hiring, Finding Talent, Product Business. Manish has also worked for National level NGO as Asstt Vice President. He has Supported Nobel peace laureate Kailash Satyarthi for their various aim in the collaboration of their NGO.

Mangesh was a core team member at Bluwage E-COMMERCE company and has led a core team of marketing. He has graduated from NIT Meghalaya. Having worked across varied functions like Business Development, Business Planning, Critical Decision Making, and Business Intelligence, he has expertise in data analyst and decision making.

Harsh Shinghal

Director

Harsh has experience of building multiple design of businesses. He completed his engineering from IIT Ropar. He is expertise in critical decision making and fast mover in Management.

Bhupendra

Director

Bhupendra has experience of building multiple softwares of businesses. He has worked with SKF India Ltd in the past and is a graduate from NIT Meghalaya. He lead multiple Software and Hardware teams, Bhupendra is well versed in Business Planning, Field Bearing, Forecasting, Critical Decision Making, inspection of team and Business Intelligence, he has a deep expertise in data driven decision making.

Nitesh Sharma

Nitesh has experience in the management sector.He has worked for Park Benz in the past. He holds dual degrees* and doing MBA from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi.
